Hardwood floor cleaning.....
moved into a townhouse with hardwood floors. I started by using a Bona kit with a cleaner and a polish. All was good till I did the polish, it hazed up horribly.
I then tried using vinegar and water but the hazing is still there.
My wife tried something else today from target and there is still hazing unfortunately.
Any tips to get the hazing to go away?

I have Mirage flooring (Brazilion Cherry) and have always used the manufacturer's cleaning solution.
I don't know the age of your floors, but it could be that, if old enough, the polish corrupted polyurethane/like finish. If that's the case, then you'll have to strip and re-finish.
Can you give any pics or info on the age of the floor?

house was built in 2009, so they aren't that old.
I'll get some pics. I don't want to call the owners of the home and make them aware of the situation, so that's all the info I have right now

I tried to google but just came up with hbdirtbag
Good luck with the polish remover. Did you figure out if they were real hardwood or laminate? Don't see nearly as much real wood in condos lately but it could be. I just use water with a bit of vinegar to clean our laminate, all commercial cleaners leave a light, removable haze in my experience.

It sounds like the finish was damaged. But if it is just dirty... My grandmother always cleaned the hardwood floors with black tea. Brew a strong batch up in a pot and clean them up with a rag of sorts. I use the same thing here and it works great.
