Hey,
Are there any folks on here from South Florida? I am down in Miami, and I'm looking for a good general contractor. I am coordinating repairs on a house down here.
If you know of anyone, please let me know!!

Aaaarrrggghhhh!
Good Luck. I was just down to see my in-laws in FL and they said most contractors are STILL doing work on houses damaged from the hurricane 2 years ago! They are still having some repairs done as they couldn't get contractors and their insurance company to agree on repairs and $$ until about 6 months ago.
The homeowners are pretty much stuck with who's available as there's no shortage of work for the better contractors. They're about 1-2 hours north of you though... not sure if it's the same situation closer to Miami.
