Sure... I put this bed as probably the third best purchase I have ever made. It is still just as firm and comfortable as it was the day I got it. I'm very, very impressed.
Oh and I picked up a platform bed. Looks cool

I haven't noticed it being hot at all... you really don't sink into it very much where it would be retaining heat.

I've got a Simmons pocket coil mattress with pillowtop. If you get a high coil count these are incredible mattresses. In my testing of the foam mattresses, they sucked. They felt very odd, and you certainly cant have very much fun on them.
You can always buy a thin layer of foam to put on your mattress, or there are spring/coil mattresses with some foam in the pillowtop.

I had a Bodipedic mattress set from QVC, slept on it for about 2 weeks. Then had them come pick it up.
I didn't like that when you turned or adjusted in bed it would take the mattress too long to adjust. Meaning the new spot lowering and the old spot raising. I would have to hold myself up so I wouldn't fall back into the spot I just turned from.
I wondering if this is the same with the Temperpedic. I think they're a high quality mattress. But I don't want to put out the money to find out.

I have a bob-o-pedic, and I sleep much better than on the inner spring mattress I used to have. Much easier to fall asleep and harder to get up. I'm to young to notice anything feeling better or worse.
Its 10 inches thick IIRC, and is queen size(others were too short). 20 year warranty, and no hole to fall back into. Also haven't noticed any temperature problems.

I miss my 03 CL-S :(
I noticed today on TechBargains that Overstock.com has a sale on memory foam mattresses and toppers.
I'm ordering a 2" Serta topper tonight for $80. It says it's 4lb density... shouldn't be too bad. With the nice sheets I have, it shouldn't be too hot, and hopefully the sheets will absorb any, um, fluids. I hope... otherwise it could get stinky... anyone had a problem with that?

Bob is a douche. I love the shitty commercials. I went into one of their stores when it opened up by me. I was real impressed by the salesman with very yellow crooked teeth. The furnature looked 'ok', but it's not quality. Personally I wouldn't buy from that store.
I can't give any input for the topic of this thread...which I checked out looking for some bob-o-pedic info. I've laid in a tempurpedic for a minute at a store once and I didn't like how it was then harder to get up out of the bed. I'm also fat so that may have something to do with it.
