For the last 8 years or so, Heeltoe Automotive has provided stellar service, friendly advice and promptness in communications. Our unconventional “PDF emailing” procedures were second to none in the industry for keeping people informed on the latest updates with their orders. We never used our website’s order history because it simply never provided the degree of information we like to give our customers. Custom made PDFs for every individual’s order allowed us to tell you as much information as needed to stay on top of things!

However the PDF system was not perfect. Because they were emailed out in bulk and came as attachments, many PDFs ended up in junk or spam folders! Many people simply never opened them, and some of those who did failed to read them thoroughly. The result? More calls and emails looking for order updates!

When a customer needs to contact us for an update, we view that as a failure on our part to effectively keep you informed. Unwilling to accept failure like this at customers’ expense meant we needed to make an investment in technology to make sure our customers would get the service they deserve.

So with that, I’d like to introduce our newest advancement in customer service technology: Advanced Online Order History.
