Workout question

Hi. This is the first time I've posted in the workout forum but I have been around here before and gotten a lot of useful info.

Sometimes I need to workout pretty quickly. I do sqats, bench press and rowing machine for 15 minutes because I feel like those 3 workouts get a lot of muscles.

When you guys need to do a quick workout what do you do? Is what im doing effective? (I do it maybe 2 days a week with 2 days more intense)

Squats, bench, and rows are good compound exercises. They hit lots of stuff. But 15 minutes isn't enough time to really work those muscles hard. I think my squats take over 15 minutes on their own.

It's better than nothing, but shoot for three 1 hour sessions a week. I personally wouldn't even go to the gym if I only had 15 minutes.

That sentence says you do all 3 for a total of 15 minutes. I take it you mean you take 15 minutes for each exercise?

You should only be in the gym for 45 minutes to an hour anyways, so that's fine.
