Hot or Cold Natured?
So I've realized over the past year or so that I've shifted from being a hot natured person to a cold natured person. Best example: Went from wearing short sleeves in the office to wearing a jacket at most times. Office temp is 74* so it is not cold at all in here. My co-workers think I am crazy for bundling up while working. Even in my house where I keep it pretty warm, still have to wear an extra layer to be comfortable.
About me - M, 24, 170lbs, 6ft, exercise 2X a week (ice hockey).
Is it normal for a change like this to happen? I really couldn't find any information anywhere, haven't spoken to a doctor yet.

That seems normal to me, but the human body is a weird unexplainable beast. I went from wearing jackets during winter to just wearing a tshirt even in 50 degree weather.

Age. Seriously. This year I had a few months of cold nature, even though I am hot natured most all the time. As mentioned the human body is a weird and complicated beast.

Oddly, I was always a cold natured person.
I started a tattoo on my leg and since then I've basically stopped wearing jackets in the office and wearing shorts more often. Quite weird, but I noticed it immediately after I started getting the tattoo.

Low blood pressure leads to poor circulation which can lead to being cold. I went to school with a girl who was always cold, but she claimed her low blood pressure was normal.
