I was ordering chicken yesterday and i didnt know which to get.. what are the benifits of both?... is there more protien in white meat ?... dark meat?...

which is healthier?.. i usually get white meat beacuse it looks better.. but then i find it a little more dry.. dark meat is usually easier to eat...

Isn't dark meat the drum stick/legs parts, and white meat the breast?

Lots of asian do not like white meat, because it is dry, thick and tasteless. I really don't care, they all taste good to me, hahaha.. me asian american.

really depends on where. If I know white meat isn't going to be dry, I'll take white meat. Otherwise I'll fall back on dark meat.

i eat white meat more because it's healthier and served everywhere. but dark meat from a chicken tastes damn good. dark meat from a turkey i tend to stay away from; it just doesn't do it for me.
