I have extra skin as well. one of the side effects of losing 100 pounds after being overweight all my life. I'm hoping that since I'm still (relatively) young, my skin will shrink and tighten as my body gets used to this size.

Crunches will only build muscle underneath the fat/skin. It will also help hold your stomach in, making it not stick out so much. The only way to lose the fat is cardio and diet.....This is my problem at the moment, just getting rid of the little bit of fat on my midsection which is sooo hard for me to to. Im 5'-8" and weight 154lbs. if there was some way i could get down to the high 140's i would be perfectly happy. But weight lose for my weight and size has pretty much come to skretching halt.
