where do you run, if you do?
do you run inside on a track, a treamill? or do you run outside on a trail?
and if you do run outside, what time do you go?

I pick a different section of town every day that I run.
Sometimes, I jump in the Jeep and drive to a new area, park and jog/run.
And sometimes, I just do 30-45 mins on the treadmill before workout.
