What are your food/diet vices?

...foods you know aren't good for you but just can't live without...

For me, it would have to be ranch dressing (I've tried other healthier options on salads but nothing will ever compare to the of ranch) and alcohol. Not an alcoholic but like to drink on the weekends and sometimes on the weekday after a long day at work. I know 'no alcohol' is best, but at least I've been cutting back on beer and drinking more rum n diets instead so at least cutting calories there. yea yea yea...

Everything. Thank God for my currently high metabolism. I'm eating Lays Limon chips as I type. All sorts of alcohol, all sorts of soft drinks (soda included), fatty foods.... I literally have little to no restraint. Once in a while before reaching for the soda, I'll hesitate and think about grabbing the water.... but usually I give in to the soda.

I'm not fat by any means.... I've always been like this. I used to be chubby... but now people always say I look scrawny.

I've decided that I'm not really giving up food or drinks but am instead doing much more cardio. Never been a fan of soda so I don't have to worry about that extra sugar intake. And I'm not longer a huge candy person. I do eat a lot of steak and fish although I found a great supplier for venison and am slowly alternating it into my diet.

I'm the same way, i love food too much to diet and cut things out. Instead I just work out harder. Seems to do the trick.

Yea I just saw something on TV where they say cheese is actually not at all good for you (calorie-wise) but I also haev a slice on my sandwich everyday for lunch (muenster = ) and also use some every now and then when I make grilled chicken fajitas. But I'm nowhere near a cheese addict lol.

There have been times where I have in one day: Cheese sticks, cheese fries, beef sandwich w/ moz cheese. Then a slice of cheesecake later at night. LOL

Cheese is mine too man. I think I would rather die than live a life without cheese.

I love cheese but I learned to cut it out recently so with that and my diet i'm down to a weight that I haven't been in 10 yrs.

Pretty much all food and soda are my vice. Burgers, pizza, taco bell, pasta, sweets. Especially sweets. I can eat a lot and just not care but lately I've been good.

^ That reminds me. Taco Bell late at night after a night of drinking is something I fail at sometimes too

actually ive read that a lot of runners back in day (before everyone started going crazy for diets) would always have a beer or something after. they said it provided the carbs for recovery.

but i stay away from soda. once in a while its refreshing, especially to go with a burger. i think i usually have those once a week times where i eat whatever.

I play soccer with Peruvians and they drink beer after a few hours of playing. I'm dying for a Gatorade to get rehydrated and they're chugging Coronas.

I usually wait about an hour or two before drinking after a long run or bike ride.

I don't know why, but I need to eat something sweet after every meal. It could be just a piece of chocolate, but my meal feels incomplete without it. I've put on a few pounds because of it I think, and am trying to limit my chocolate intake, and have started some running also.

I eat pretty healthy with little to no desserts/sweets. My major vice is beer and wine. I'm a hop head so I drink alot of really high calorie beer, but luckily I have a really high metabolism so I've always been really lean

I wouldn't call those vices. Life would be boring without beer and wine

Cow. My ability to turn down a beef product is next to non-existent (save for beef tripe or something). I try to justify it by stating that I could use the extra protein.

Also, sodas. I'm trying to kick the habit and drink water/juices instead, but it's just not the same.

Dang it. Buddy stayed over for the weekend. Taco Bell, coal-fried pizza, donuts, soda (Rock Band contest partial to blame). Time to get back on the horse.
