What are you supplementing?

Just list what supplements you are taking

For me, I supplement:
1. ON 100% whey protein (chocolate)
2. ZMA
3. Creatine monohydrate
4. Maltodextrin + Dextrose (post workout)
5. Glutamine

Creatine (not cycling now tho), L-glutamine, glucosamine/chondroitin, B-complex, ZMA, Multi-vitamin, flax seed oil and LOTS of whole foods!!

Its the only vitamin I can remmeber to take.

I'm also taking Glucosamine Sulfate to rebuild cartiledge in my knee, and Isopure Protein.
