for sure. i dont take any powder or pills or anything. i personally would have a nice big glass of chocolate milk after each session. and then eat some food. let it be nuts, rice and meat, or fruit. ive also seen a lot of gains with just a normal diet.
and also, to lose fat, you have to have some cardio. you need it to burn it off. i say 2 miles or so a day (or work up to it if you cant get there yet) and you'll be burning it off.

Only my friends but I've seen the amazing results. They seem to always have something and there's always an online store to order from. It's expensive as hell and it doesn't blow you up like other ones. Unfortunately anavar seems to be the gateway steroid. Most who started with that have moved on to much harsher steroids. If I had no plans to ever compete again and was only going for looks for myself I may consider it for an easier way to achieve my goal. Being that I'll probably do more powerlifting comps I can't in good conscience ever try a roid.

It was interesting. The pump was amazing, better than NO and my focus was very good and lasted a long time, also better than NO. The only thing is I didn't get that "rage" that NO gives you, like you want to throw a bench through a window but that could due to the lower caffeine content in SP250.
It was a much cleaner feeling, smooth transition and slow dropoff. NO is like getting a kick in the ass for about a 1/2 hour then it dies off. SP250 stayed with me and kept me focus and motivated for about 2 hours.

I just bought some natures made triple flex (glucosamine, chondroitin & msm)
hopefully it'll help with my knees, I stand alot at work and the leg workouts have been making them feel funny/hurt. Also my elbows sometimes when working my triceps

i'll have to try SP250 sometime. I still prefer Presurge by AEN. I get great pumps from that, i also like it because it comes in capsules instead of powder.

so then gibson i assume you've gone through an entire tub of the sp250? You were not as impressed by the end of the bottle as you were w/ NO-Xplode? Just curious. I like NO-xplode, but by the end of the tub i definatly need to take more the get the same effect. After a good break it definitely gives the pep back.

I actually liked Black Powder better then NO at first. But as I started using NO, I actually think the pumps are better with NO than Black Powder. The one bonus from Black Powder is I do feel more focused during my workout. I'm curious to see what's up with White Flood.

White Flood is amazing. I want to try it a couple more times before concluding but it's fired me up more than anything else has so far. I felt like an animal last night, but it was the first night and the effects of these things wear down over time, so we'll see. But I never came close to the pump I got from White Flood while taking SP250, even the first time I took it.

What exactly do you guys mean by the "pump" you get from taking pre workout sups?
I don't really take anything(pre) and just make sure I'm hydrated before a work out. Are you talking about just pure energy or recovery or what?

I tried a black powder sample one time and didn't notice much effect then again caffeine really doesn't do anything for me which is surprising because I don't drink soda at all and rarely coffee.

How often a week do you train using WF? I usually don't really feel any diminished effects from NO products. But then again I'm only using the stuff 2 - 3 times a week max on my hard days.

i just started taking these again as i am in athlete and want to transform my body so it's efficient for my sport.
Nature's Fuel (vitamins) its powder form and i mix it with water in a shot glass or i just let it dissolve under my tongue

Eggwhites International eggwhites ( i mix in either protein powder or ovaltine and drink it, or sometimes i will cook it and make eggs)

flax fish and borage oil vitamins

I started using White Flood the past week. My initial observations (results will vary with users) are that it is similar to Black Powder for me. I only really feel it on an empty stomach. However the niacin flush is constant regardless of empty stomach. So far I'd rate from favorite to least favorite as NOxplode, WF, and BP. I'll have to test it out more as this was only my first week and I'm dealing with an injury.

For me:
NOexplode = OK pump, but body became tolerant to it quickly.
SP250 = very good pump but left me farting and shitting badly. Really bad.
Shock Therapy = Not good
NOShotgun (currently) = Good pump, not gassy, good focus.

Looking for some input - I started taking Creatine Mono - 5g a day. I've somehow put on 5 pounds over the last month. How much of that can I expect to be water? I've definately noticed a difference in the defination of muscle.
