Wake Up Diet??

my day...
6 wake up
6:15 gym
8:30 work
3:00 start getting tired
5:30 drowsey as hell (go home)
7:00 want to go to sleep (don't because if I do I will wake up at like 3 am and not go to sleep)
8-10 force myself to stay awake
10:30 go to sleep

My problem is I want to be somewhat awake and not forcing myself to be awake at 8 pm. I just started this 9-5 stuff (used to my sleep in between classes, nap here and there normalcy of college). So I can't stay awake productively without stimulants, then I need sleeping pills to fall asleep...dont want that.

What should I eat?
More greens?

right now this is my diet (I am poor till 1:00 am this morning with my direct deposit so don't judge me)

7:30 am Bowl of Bran flakes with banana
10:30 Apple
12:30 Tuna sandwich, gingersnap, diet dr pepper
5:00 boost
7:00 salad or brocolli or something green

I am going to the grocery store tomorrow so I need to pick up some real food

That doesn't look like enough calories, maybe not enough carbs to keep a person going especially with a morning workout. No wonder you don't have any energy.

Eat carbs in the morning...

I have an energy drink in the morning before cardio....I do 45 minutes of cardio...then I go home, walk the dog....get ready for work, then i eat 2 pieces of WHEAT toast. Believe me, it helps!

I started eating more and its been working out well I eat the same as you except lunch is a little heavier. I cant do the 6 meal thing because I have no idea what to eat for 6 meals plus I tend to forget to eat, one of my biggest problems because I get hungry as hell later.
