I do about 60 "new school" laps 5x a week now. I live across the parking lot from the university gym sooo that makes life easy.

LOL. One lap = just down. In another post I referred to the "old school" peeps calling laps "down and back."

FYI, in general, most pools are 25 yards. Some are 25 meters (also called short course meters), and some are Olympic distance or long course meters which is 50 meters.

Went to practice tonight....left early b/c I felt like crap. Now I feel like crap because I left early. It's a vicious cycle .
