Surgery is SCHEDULED!
Well... I have officially scheduled my surgery! June 6 I will be getting my well-deserved "upgrades". 
I saw a new surgeon in December who I really liked, felt very comfortable with, and who is very confident in what he does! So I've signed all the paperwork and made my deposit.
NO MORE TRAINING BRAS!!!!!! :gheywave:

Wow, I'm just in for the responses that are likely to come up here.
On a positive and serious note, I'm happy for you, I'm sure if you're going through with it it's something you've wanted for a long time. Whenever anyone used to ask me if they were real (when I dated this girl in the past)...I'd always say..."hey, if it exists and I can touch it, it's real". lol.

Probably a C. That's what I was while I was nursing my two kiddos and it was comfortable and made me much more proportionate.
LOL Yes, this is something I've been talking about for 6+ years.

Silicone or saline? Surgeon going through areola (nipple), axilla (armpit), or umbilicus (belly button)?
Good luck! Don't know if you're financing or spending cash but see how much silicone upgrade are. The new implants are much safer and feel much more natural in my experience. Saline isn't bad either, just don't go so big that your man can palpate the corrugations in the bag along the sides of your breasts. Some women elect to go one size bigger bag (say D sized bag with C-cup) to afford them the opportunity to increase their size in the future without requiring surgical removal and reimplantation of new set FYI.

Also find out for me who is the manufacturer of your implants. One of my best friends is a plastic surgeon, I believe he uses Allergen products (manufacturer of Botox).
Sounds like you did your research and are in good hands. You deserve it so go for it if it will make you happy.
