Started exercising

that is all, lifted monday and weds, did cardio tues and thurs (45 minutes on the lifecycle)


I've put on 10lbs since I finished my diet, figured it's time to start working out, been 4 years

now that I'm thinking about it, someof that 10 lbs could be because I haven't taken a dump in 2 days

I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes on Saturday and felt like puking afterward

Have to slowly work into it.

good deal...sign on for a marathon, or half marathon. that gave me the motivation to train, and it really helps you get off your ass on those days that you just don't feel like it.

Well I started at 272, I got down to 228 around the first of the year. I weighed myself on weds and was 237. Today I'm 242.5

I went to the gym for the first time since mid december. Tuesday and wednesday, I could barely straighten my arms enough to change gears.

definately did, stopped working out and started doing my own cooking and grocery shopping. That'll get you in trouble
