Started exercising
that is all, lifted monday and weds, did cardio tues and thurs (45 minutes on the lifecycle)
I've put on 10lbs since I finished my diet, figured it's time to start working out, been 4 years

nothing like some good old self abuse, my abuse starts here shortly as soon as the temp come up a little bit to cold and miserable outside im on winter break now

I went to the gym for the first time since mid december. Tuesday and wednesday, I could barely straighten my arms enough to change gears.

definately did, stopped working out and started doing my own cooking and grocery shopping. That'll get you in trouble
