So I Decided To Work Out
well, i've decided at the ripe age of 21 to start working out. sadly enough, i'm a lightweight and it's very hard for me to gain weight. currently i'm at 115lb for a skinny 5'6" asian guy. i just ordered some dextrose, creatine, and n large 2. i plan on making my own celltech b/c i'm on a college budget and to gain more weight with n large 2. hopefully by the end of summer, i reach my goal of 140-145lbs. of muscle and not just fat. is this goal too far fetched? any advice is greatly appreciated.

In all honesty, I think 140-145 by the end of summer (end of august? or september) is an extremely extremely optimistic goal, and not realyl realstic... especialyl since you want it to be not just fat, but muscle.
-Think of it this way. It's easier to take fat and turn it into muscle, than it is to take nothign and turn it into muscle. Bulk up, then cut up as you see fit.
-Good luck, and keep @ it. There's only two things you need to keep w/ you on this one...
1.consistency
2.diet
maybe a 3rd thing.. find a work out partner that you can push hard, and that will push you hard. It makes it 100 times better to keep up.
Anyways.. good luck with your routine. I'm actually on a weight gaining quest myself, I'm aiming for 165 from my 150 by the end of the school year (next June)... as I'm not bulking then cutting, but basically just building muscle up all along the way.

Hha, well basically it's not that it's easier to turn fat into muscle I guess... just think of it in these terms.
If you already have mass. It's easier to maintain that mass and get in shape.
And dammit mizouse. Start running you rat bastard. Each time you complain about your fatness through an ACL post is another 500 calories added on. How? I have no idea. just trust me

Just overeat and exercise. It's actually pretty easy to gain muscle weight if you only remember to eat more than you are used to. Skinny people just don't eat enough. If you work out with heavy weights, your body will automatically learn to bulk up. Just remeber to eat often and more than you are used to.

going hard at it with a packed diet shoot for a goal of 10lbs...which is very attainable....by using the creatine you will probably notice a jumb in weight by 5-7lbs in about 2-3 weeks...that will mostly be water weight...so you could hit 15lbs over the three months but will lose some if you drop the creatine

Creatine works. It'll blow you up pretty good. One problem is that most of it is water since the muscle cells retain a lot of water. So after you go off of it, you'll deflate a bit but the gains will be much better than if you didn't use it. And it's not so bad for you. Read up on it.
Other drawback is that it's like drinking gravel.
