so, how many pounds did you gain this weekend?
i gained 3 pounds in 3 days, but i knew this was going to happen...
3 days out with my boys at LBI = a pound gained a day. i didnt have any pizza, but mostly had fried calamari, fried chicken, ice cream once and 15+ beers a day @ 3 days. but i guess thats what happens when you eat every meal on the boardwalk and are partying for most the day.
i know it sounds bad, i never do this, but i guess i did my best, considering my position. i didnt have any sandwiches (im on south beach) and talked my friends into getting light beer in the kegs.
im hitting the gym hardcore this week

i feel so out of shape when i go 3 or more days without going to the gym. without running or doing abs in awhile, i feel like my stomach is no longer firm and just hangs around losely.

Ha, I did that the last two weeks.... worked out on Mon-Tues-Wed then took the rest of the week off. I vowed not to let that happen again even though it was July 4. Made it on Sat-Sun-Mon, going back today, tomorrow, and Friday, then....... vacation!

Boozed it up with lots of beer
Saturday.
Ate at Benihanas then drank almost a whole bottle of Grey Goose
Sunday.
Lou Malnatis Pizza, then coldstone, then chicken fingers. Also drank again that night.
Monday.
Cheesecake factory (had pasta) then ate leftover pizza.
Good thing Sunday we walked like 10 miles downtown, otherwise i hardly moved all weekend.
Boozed it up with lots of beer

ok, im just about back to normal weight now... after 4-5 days on binge eating and drinking (had fri, mon, and tues off)... i hit the gym hardcore last nite. i ran 3 miles, lifted and abs.
