I just watched the whole video and I thought it was awesome. Geez....he makes my eating/supplement consumption look like I'm on an anorexic diet. lol

The fact that Coleman was a cop at the time makes me wonder about drug testing. Don't cops get tested regularly for illegal substances or would steroids be something they don't look for? I just don't see how someone (anyone) can get that freakishly large and lean without something a bit extra to help along the way.

yeah, there's been many IFBB's that were firemen or cops... and it's pretty obvious they turn their cheeks on them... I don't really follow the sport (if you call it a sport) anymore... but I think there's another new guy on the circuit that's perhaps in the top 10 that's also a cop.... from understanding... He was a cop for Arlington TX(where Texas Rangers play baseball). Seen him on the street, and he is pretty big, but nothing like when he is show ready.

I read somewhere that he's no longer a cop. Not sure what he's doing now.

One thing, among many, that struck me in that video was he never directly worked out his abs.
