PWNED! by junkfood (should I go to doctor?)
Well I decided since I hadnt eaten any real junkfood in a while I would order a pizza since me and my buddy was working on his car. WELLLLLLLLLLLLL the crust was really hard and we were losing daylight so we both rushed eating the pizza. So that night I started throwing up because the stiff ass bread wasn't digesting.So all of yesterday (I ate the pizza at about 5 the day before) I was throwing up solid food and the pizza was the last thing I ate.Well last night I was sleeping (even today my body is weak and in pain) water started coming up from my stomach and choked me as if my stomach is trying to evacuate any water I drink.
So should I go to the doctor for this or is it just a side effect because my body couldnt break down the food and it will go away soon.

It was one of those cheap college places 8 bucks for a large pizza and 2 liter soda

I am actually scared to eat solid food because even when I drink water my stomach hurts. I haven't eaten anything solid since monday. I been drinking 2 ensures a day and a few bottles of water...so when I die don't cry.

I had a bad experience with pizza back in High school. A few hours after I ate it, I started shitting out some pinkish shit. (VERY PAINFUL). I didn't know what it was at the time, but later found out it was actually my intestinal lining.
I had to be rushed to the hospital, they gave me a GI series or whatever and then sent me home, I had to go right back in a few hours, because it got even worse. I spent the next 3 days there while they figured out what was wrong. They did a whole bunch of tests and even stuck a camera up there to see what was going on. After they sent me home, I couldn't eat solid foods for about a month until everything healed. That really sucked and it was Christmas time on top of that.

are you in pain? kinda sounds like what happened to me when i had to get my appendix removed.
mid afternoon i had a wierd cramp. ate some pizza after school. took a nap to try to sleep it off. later that night i started puking non stop. went to the doctor, then hospital.
oh, and i would go to the doctor. better safe than dead.
but then again, if i didnt go to the doctor in 2 days i probably would have been dead already, or passed out waiting to die, so you might be fine
