For mixing, I use a hand blender from Walmart. $10, easy to rinse off in a drinking fountain, and no chunks.

try to find a good local store not neccesarily a GNC or such... IMO straight met-rx 100% whey protein as simple as it gets but it gets the job done chocolate flavor.... its a protein shake noone expects it to taste good
