big motherfucking word. Hell, I lost 50 lbs stuffing my face w/ the same stuff I've always eaten just in smaller quantities. I didn't have to turn into some food conscious freak. (Although I did put 20 back on over the holidays).

If your in really good shape, low body fat, tone muscles, I'd say that a greasy piece of pizza is good for you; if your continually on a cardio program. Otherwise, junk food .

Trust me, if you are overweight like I was, you have to look at food differently. Im very sure if I had Big Macs, Whoppers, Fried Chicken, etc., just less of it, I wouldn't have lost the weight.

You are much younger then I am, your metabolism is different. There are just way too many factors for you to make such a simplistic statement. You dont think I have tried to loose weight in the past by just simply eating less? Of course I have. It wasn't until I started analyizing everything I ate that the pounds came off. I still eat things I want to, my wants have changed. This week I had a calzone, chinese food, (real) nachos. I just keep track of what I am doing. There are things I just don't want anymore (good examples are doughnuts, mayonaise and alfredo).

At the end of the day, I rather keep up these eating habits and stay 160 LBS then gain the weight back.

There's nothing wrong with what you described above.

I think the only reason the subject comes up is because you and I are both guilty of chiming in on calories/fat/etc. whenever anyone talks about eating something yummy and not-so-good for them. I do it as jokes, but I can see how it's annoying to people. It's worse if you're not joking.

I do it as jokes as well.......

That being said, if someone is really trying to loose weight and it not eating right, then they may want to take our jokes a little more seriously.

Also, keep in mind that I have just started eating this way. For most of my life, I didn't care what I ate. Now I am in a place where I do. Maybe some of the others here are not in the place I am in now (maybe they never will be), but 2 years ago I would have been calling this guy whiskers guy a little overboard as well. This is what is working for me.

You can have it.

<---- doesn't like really greasy pizza and that's not just for health/weight reasons.

When the bottom of the box has massive grease stains, it kind of turns my stomach.

My pizza intake is limited to a regular slice, with veggies or with olives on it. Nothing else.
