Pissing too much?
i dont know if this is normal to piss this much... but....
i started working an office job, and they have a water cooler and i would sip on water non stop... throughout the day.. and its now 12:30 i've taken my 4th piss at work.. it seems like i piss every 45 mins or so .. all clear piss.. i think its healthy but is that normal to piss THAT much? or is that too frequent.

btw normally i take like 4-5 pisses the whole day.. one in the morning, one at night for sure.. and 2-3 pisses inbetween... but i've taken 4 pisses at work alone within the past 3 and a half hours..

You are fine, its not anything to worry about. The water has to go somewhere. I've cut back now, but I used to drink 4-5 liters of water per 8 hour workday. I had to piss every 30 minutes.

I know there is such a thing as drinking too much water that can cause problems.

But from skimming the article, it would seem that it depends on how fast you drink the water as apposed to how much you drink.

I used to drink a gallon of water at work. I had to pee almost every hour. Now, I'm down to about 2-3 liters at work.

clear piss means you are getting sufficient amount of water in your body.. yellow piss means not enough fluids. So you are ok. if you want to cut back on pissing too much because its inconvenient, annoying, etc or whatever, try drinking some gatorade or powerade, the electrolytes help retain the fluids in your body for longer periods of time while still giving you sufficient amount of water
