Pilates Abs Workout

I finally jumped on ship to get this and I just did my first workout and it felt great. I'm going to do a little run later today as well but I was just wondering, can I do the abs workout every day? Or should it be broken up and done only 3-4 times a week? Thanks guys!

Fuck, she shows incredible control and balance. Her abs must be amazing.

I've already got a flat tummy, so I just do it more as part of stretching than as exercise.

I'm using the Ana Caban 25 minute workout. Feels pretty good, I think I'll just do it 1-2 times a day
