Pectoral Toning

So, I've been lifting for about 8-10 years now and aside from a little extra body fat I'd like to get rid of, I'm pretty content with my structure.
However, while the better part of my pectorals are solid and hard, the bottom of them seem a little flabby. Not quite as tone and taught as I would like them to be.

My Pec workout consists of 4 sets on the bench, 3 sets on the incline and 3 sets on the decline 2-3 times a week. I also do some fly on occasion, but not consistantly.

Which lift am I not doing (free weights or machine) that would tone and strengthen the bottom half of my pecs? OR, which lift should I be doing more of?

Sorta like saying "I do lots of situps but i still have fat around my stomach"

I'm guessing that if you managed to drop the "extra body fat" that soft part would go away

And now I'll leave before Abreece or Gavrill disprove my comment

I'm sure that is true to some extent, but I was just wondering which lift would work that area of the pec most...

I'm not a big fan of decline, so for lower chest I do dips, with and without a weight belt

Dips are good for working your lower pecs.

But the only way to get rid of the fat on your chest is to lower your overall bodyfat.

Some general advice is to hit your "weakest" muscle group first and hardest and perhaps more frequently so it can catch up with the rest of your muscles. My biggest weakness is my calves - I am short in the genetic dept and have to hammer my calves to make them grow even a little. So maybe just some extra focus on dips and decline bench will be enough?
