awesome!

there are still a few moves i can't do: the heel ups, notably. but i've noticed that i'm able to do all 25 of a lot of the moves without too much pain and discomfort now.

my quads, not really.

but after ab ripper x, it's my inner thighs that yell.

I can say that I'm down 8 pounds since I've started P90X (from 263 to 255). I feel better already. Chest exercises kick my butt, but not like the Abs. I still have a long way to go there

good stuff.

i still weigh the same. yet, i've noticed that my clothes are starting to feel different. my dress/suit pants certainly feel looser now. and one of my suit jackets that was a big snug around the chest feels like there's more room too.

i'm not an expert on how this all works, so can i assume that since i still weigh the same, some of the fat has gone and i've developed more muscle?

and chest exercises still kick my butt as well. a lot of those pushups are my everest.

Probably.
I was honest kind of surprised when I weighed myself last weekend. The last time I weighed myself before that was the very end of February. So it was a little over a month. I was down 12 pounds.

I don't know if I was holding a lot of water weight...I don't think I dropped THAT much fat...I am/was a fairly lean person to begin with. It was hweird....

I think I just died again.

That. Sucked.
Around half way through when it got to the one arm push-ups, I could barely do them even on my knees.

SOOOOOO........ Today i started the routine. I decided to start from Day 1 all over as i wanted a fresh start . I just finished day 1. Man i forgot how much it kicks your butt.

I decided to start with new measurements and weights. I just need to take new start photos (as i forgot to last time)

Wish me luck! Starting weight today was 222 (6'5") original starting weight was 236

It will help. I dont follow real well (kinda hard with a wife and teenager to get them to eat the same meals) but i try to stick as well as i can to the healthy stuff. I got in the habit of making smoothies for breakfast (protein ones as well) and the whole fam likes them. We are going thru a lot of fruit now and i stopped buying soda for the house(unless we have company) I have lost at iits highest 16lbs and i have dropped 1 pant size in the waist. Drinking water has helped.

Last night was teh first time I stopped during the middle of a workout. Plyo. Go figure.

It wasn't 'harder' than any other time in the past. I think I just wasn't in the right mindset. I got almost done with the 3rd set before I just couldn't do it anymore.

I like that workout too.
Just wait till you get till you get to B&B though. You'll just be getting used to Shoulders and Arms, then BAM!!!

You know those Mary Katherines everyone loves so much?

Just wait till you get to Corn Cob pull ups in B&B. They are the Mary Katherines of upper body.

I always see p90x on commercials, but never really tried it. 2 years ago I weighed a whopping 324 and today I'm down close to a 100 pounds and weight in at 230 and I'm 6"2, I've been between 240-230 for the past 6 months and can't go any lower for some reason, I feel like by body reached a stop point in loading weight. I try to switch up my workouts When I started to work out in 2008 I used to do 2 hours of cardio plus 1 hour of weights and abs 6 times a week but now I do about 1-130 max plus abs, now since it's nice out I also bike ride 30 miles 3 times a week on top of the going yo the gum 4-5 days, I've been using redline energydrink/fat burner And it helps alot for a while until ur body gets used to it and doesn't perform like it did when I first started drinking it, but I'm still going strong on the stair master at the gym now as we speak.

You should really try P90x. It is HARD, but it works. If you have the mindset for it, it's probably the best thing you could do.

Either that, or Insanity. Insanity from what I understand is a little more fast paced and focused on cardio more, whereas P90x is a little more geared towards weights, etc.

also, it appears to work EVERY muscle in the body. at least it feels that way.

i'm sore in spots and muscles i never knew existed.

been sick the last couple of days so i haven't had a chance to work out lately. but it's been encouraging when i notice the changes in my body, inside and out.

I've slimmed up some....as well as put on a little muscle...my stomach included. But I have a feeling to really make it go away, it's gonna take the rest of the 2 months of following the diet pretty strict to really drop to the body fat % that really starts making it go away.

Yea to see the best results i think you have to follow the diet really strictly. kinda hard to do with a family. im seeing good results though and im only a few weeks into it (kinda)

yeah it's by the same guy. I'm not planning on following a strict diet though. Just watching what I eat : no alcohol, junk food, soda, etc. I hope it still works out though..
