Did chest and back tonight.
I'm definitely seeing improvements on paper, no doubt.

Physically, I don't notice much difference at all. But I guess it's maybe hard to tell sometimes being that you see yourself everyday.

i just did my second chest and back the other day.

so i'm 8 "days" in.

i've only lost like 2 pounds, but i'm starting to see changes in shape.

i still struggled with a lot of the pushups. by the second time around in the workouts, i can barely do the military, diamond, and decline pushups.

i'm hoping it gets better as i progress.

I thought diamond pushups would be one of the harder ones for me, but once I actually get going, there one of the 'easier' ones.

I'm with you on the military and decline when it comes to the second round though.

And holy hell...by the time they get to the dive-bombers.....

forgot about the dive bombers. it would be a lot more helpful if the girl in the "chest and back" video was hawt.

btw, i really enjoyed kenpo. i dunno what my heart rate was since i don't have a monitor. but it was beating fast!

theres a scene where you see her armpits while shes doing pull-ups and you can see hair!

now that i have just finished Insanity workouts, the plyometrics on p90x are real easy since its a slowed down pace but the abs and yoga kick my ass everytime.

insanity is alot more fast pace. It is a high intensity cardio work out with like 12 minutes of straight working out and than a 1 min rest and back into it. If you really want to shed the weight than insanity is the one to do. But p90x provides a great all around workout. So i will be shifting back and forth between the two to keep me entertained.

Lol. It helps keep me disciplined about taking my daily Allegra even if I'm not feeling the allergies right at the moment.

I just finished ABX and I did all the moves except for some in the Fifor Scissors and the Oblique V-ups. I've never done that much. I don't know if it is was because I waited a couple hours after doing the main workout...or because I did it on a Plyo day (did it today cause I didn't have time yesterday).

I just wish my gut would start to go away.
I guess that's more a result of the Plyo, Cardio, Kenpo, etc though....

^^ Nice job.

I did well on Shoulders & Arms today, but got owned by Ab Ripper X. My legs are still mad at me over the 100 miles of hard bike riding I did this weekend. Especially on the reverse bicycles of all things.

When you do In-And-Outs, Bicycles, and Crunchy Frog, do your quads ever start yelling at you spontaneously? Mine do and DAMN it can hurt. Lol.
