New workout plan
just joined lifetime cuase i need to get back in some kind of shape. Anyone know of a good workout plan or website for 3-4days a week, 1-2 hours per? I am just looking for an overall body workout to get cut, not looking for strength training. thanks in advance

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Legs, Shoulders
Friday: Biceps, Triceps
Saturday, Sunday: OFF
No certain things will get you CUT, other then cardio and a good diet. I train the same bulking or cuting. And this is the routine I am currently doing now, works great. Longest days will probally be Thursday, Friday and they should be that much more then 60 minutes.
