The nerdy way of fitness logging

I wonder how many people have done something like this? Anyone we know?

This is mine. September 24, 2004 is the start date, and the last time I measured was June 20, 2005. I'm kinda happy with what little progress I've made. But the point is it's still progress, and when I look at this, I feel like I'm going somewhere, instead of on a plateau for years and years. Click to enlarge, then click to enlarge again.

Keeping track of your workouts on an Excel spreadsheet would be the uber nerdy way to log your workouts.

I am starting to log everything to see how I am doing week by week. Measuring myself every couple weeks. I also started a new meal program its hard but its all protein 7 meals a day.

My chart would be something like this:

140
145
150
155
160
165
170
165
160
150

I am now getting back up in weight, I just stopped lifting and stopped eating at the same time.

I don't really track at all. I go in and workout until I'm exhausted. No real routine except for what bodypart I will do that day. One body part a day/ and cardio 6 times a week. Works for me. Or you can take a pic every two weeks, mirrors lie, pics don't.

Yeah that pic was taken a week ago. I say do what ever it takes to get the end result. With exception of drugs. You don't want to become dependent on something like that.
