My friend at work drinks these religiously.
He's had man boobies before, and now, they're even bigger.
He says they're so good for us, but yet, his tits (once larger than 70% of the asian female population) is now the dominant size in the state of Maryland.

i drank muscle milk when i power lifted. then again i also took russian bear and cyto gainer. i have no man boobies and i put on more weight then anything else i ever took when i drank it. although i drank chocolate

I bought a package of the chocolate ones from Costco and they taste pretty good chilled. Then I looked at the nutritional content and figured out why. Lots of carbs and sugars. If you're looking for a protein supplement, look elsewhere. Otherwise, this makes for an ok meal replacement (think Slimfast).
