What are your current goals? What are you doing to achieve them? How's it going? How far have you come? How far do you have to go? Include relevant information (current and goal height/weight/bodyfat%, or current and goal 1 rep max bench or squat weight, for example). Bonus points for pictures
I'll make a post for me when I have time

Go Giants
Height: 5'8"
Starting Weight: 250
Ending Weight: 165
Body Fat: 16%
Now its time to build muscle. I do cardio 3-4 times a week and Weights 3 times a week. I am looking to increase my weights in time. I am at my goal weight.
Here is a pic of me and my son. As soon as I find a teddy bear, I will show pics of my body...

Cute Kid
Hopefully he won't look like his dad when he grows up....
J/K
I'm 5'10"
Starting: 220 lbs.
Currently: 206 lbs.
Goal: 188 lbs. by Christmas (about 12% body fat)
I'm a pretty muscular person already since I've been lifting consistantly for about 5 years now.
After a series of serious surgeries, I ballooned to 220 from 190. I was very happy with 190 even though I was only 5'10", you could see my abs and I looked nice and lean, so that's all that really mattered to me.
I have been running/lifting 3 days a week (not including basketball games) and watching what I eat with minimal success. So now I'm kicking it up to running/lifting 5 days a week and being a little more strict on the diet.
I am very frustrated right now as my metabolism seems to be at an all time low, and I can't drop any weight no matter how hard I work out. I know I'm healthy (my Dr. asked me if I run marathons), but I'm still frustrated as hell....but I'll get there!
Good work on loosing all that poundage Whiskey...

6'4" / 220lbs / not much body fat / 34 inch waist
ive been lifting for only 4 weeks so i can only rep 185 a couple of times . im naturally muscular and my shoulders are pretty wide, so i hope that by new years ill be putting up around 255, and around 275 i plan to quit going for strength and to focus on stamina and explosive power. being able to bench 315 is cool (i might change my mind once i see how addicting it is), but id rather sacrifice the size so that i can be faster in athletics
edit: whiskers beat me to it...how do you know your body fat %? im sure my gym can do it, but the school is schiesty and probably charges extra

A 5 or 7 point caliper test, or a dunk tank is the only way to get a fairly accurate number.

im weighing in @ 155 , pretty lean.
MY goal for when i return from a day 10 trip to see family in israel (ill be doing alot of pushups /situps/dips and running) is to gain 10-15lbs of lean muscle. Then , cut down to around 165 towards the end of winter.
So my goal is to be about 10 lbs heavier, and just as lean/or leaner.

I feel the need...
My goal is to finish the glass of Cabernet I'm drinking along with some tasty appetizers and then I hope to sit down to a nice home cooked meal from teh wifey....(smells quite tasty).
Should I feel guilty for this while typing away aimlessly and listening to Rita reports on CNN?

A dunk tank will tell you exactly what you are.

How can you have a goal height? Stretching your bones? LOL!
But anyway I'm 5'8" right now, and my goal weight is 200lbs with 10% body fat. A shorter term goal is 180lbs with 10% body fat by the time I'm 25.
Right now I'm 160lbs with 13% body fat.

I'm 6'1, 160lbs.
no idea on bodyfat %age, but i'm sure it's <12%.
I dug out my Heart Rate monitor this weekend. In a 3 hour ride i saw a max of 186BPM, and my avg was 169.
My goal is to maintain my weight, work a bit on my upper body over the winter, especially stomach and back muscles. I also want to work on increasing my V02 max from the 69 it's at now.

What's V02 max?
I'm 175 lbs, and 6' tall. I want to lose fat! I can't seem to get past where I'm at. I gained all the muscle I wanted to gain, but that was the easy part. Now I just want to lose like 3-5% body fat (estimate), enough to show abs. It's a pain in the ass, but my biggest issue is diet and my love of alcohol.
I guess that if I'm not gaining weight, I'm not doing horribly, but dropping fat at this stage in the game is tough. I don't know what sort of motivation I need to get to that point.
I'm thinking I should start running the mornings to get it out of the way, that way I don't have to think about it all day long.

My body fat is around 12% @ 178lbs.
I wanna be around 9-10% body fat @ 185lbs.
I do low intensity cardio for 45 min to loose only fat...and I'm not changing my weight lifting routine...I jus have to loose a little more fat!

Interesting. Interesting.
I'm 5' 11"
161 lbs
about 8-10% body fat, as of last test (5 months ago).
I'd like to loose a little bit more body fat while maintaing the same weight.

Before starting : 16olbs, waist size of 31 going up to 34 fast. That was why i had to start again. I was amazingly outgrowing my pants in a matter of months where i had remained the same size for the last 10 years.
1 month in: 165
Now: steady 172lbs waist size 32 (5'10")
Spent 3 months toning down and getting in shape to start really defining and building strength. Worked mainly on machines till transition.
Now, its strictly free weights to work on muscles that i couldnt target with machines.
