I think the overweight scale is a bit too much imo. Muscle weight more than fat. From what ive seen you need to give yourself more credit. Cant always be negative about yourself. Your bmi might not be where you want it to be but id bet money people here would love to be where youre at now physically. Title fits well with your progress

Currently, my bodyfat is at 12%.
I expect it to shoot up to 34.50% after my trip to Vancity and all the food I'm going to gorge myself with.

Don't stress too much on your weight in pounds. Everyone's different. I get the belly and face fat which sucks for heart disease and my face only photos I look obese. Can you throw in GPP/cardio on off days? Later in the day?

I already have been incorporating more GPP, HIIT and cardio into my routines.
for the time being I just need to maintain under 93KG for the meet.
if I went on a cut it wouldn't matter since I signed up for the 93KG weight class.
maybe time to bulk up a few more lbs?

Just an update. Ive been getting heavier and fatter.. I've bloated up to almost back to 200lbs
anyways back in April I broke over the 1000lbs cumulative total.
1RM are:
Squat = 370lbs
Bench = 255lbs
Deadlift = 415lbs
Also signed up for self-sanctioned powerlifting meet in September.
Its basically following IPF rules but I don't need to be an IPF member nor wear a singlet :gheylaugh:
Gonna need to drop back down to 83KG to be more competitive
We'll see how that goes.

welp. Meat is tomorrow
caught the flu flu last week and lost quite a bit of strength.
Not gonna be able to lift what I was anticipating by a large margin .
openers are going to be:
Squat: 335
Bench: 235
Deadlift: 375
2nd lift I will attempt:
Squat: 355
Bench: 250
Deadlift: 390
3rd lift I will attempt:
Squat: 375
Bench: 260
Deadlift: 405
anyways just gonna go with it and have fun and use it as a learning experience.

went better than I expected, opening lifts were too conservative and felt really easy so I bumped up my later lifts.
Ended up with the following:
Squat: 172.5kg / 380.3lbs
Bench: 117.5kg / 259.04lbs
Deadlift: 187.5kg / 413.37lbs
Took in the 93kg weight class.
The guy that beat me was some crazy olympic lifter that decided to give powerlifting a try

The next weight class down is 83kg or 182.9lbs.. yea no way i was going to be able to cut down to that.

I missed 1 lift. It was my 3rd bench attempt.
Next weight up from 117.5kg was 120kg. Failed that one.
i guess 8/9 isn't that bad?
Then again according to Asian standards I failed big time at 88.89%
