i used to drink alot of soda but now i try to only drink ice tea or water. (the tea is the kind that you make with tea bags(insert joke here) not the mix) as for sugar i use sweet-n-low instead. 1 or 2 pacs per drink. how good or bad is this

What you're doing is a hell of a lot better than drinking soda/pop, but plain water and plain green tea is the best way to go.
