I hurt my back...
I was doing a set of 10 front squats with about 175lbs. of weight. Now i know that after lifting there are special ways of getting out of the lift position as to not strain your back. Now before i started i didn't bother to move the bar up higher since it was a bit low, so after my set i re-racked and all was fine until i did a twist and dip move to get to the other side of the bar and a SHARP pain shot up the right side of my back and i felt my muscles twitching or moving and i was done for the count. It took me a sec to get up and now Ive been walk in w/ an arched back. Is there anything i can to as to not agitate it any further?

take lots of ibuprofen now, like 3 to 4 tablets of 200 mg each, and keep taking it every 8 hours for about a week. If it is only a muscle strain, this will keep the swelling down. If you popped a disc, then you are scroo'd.

My lower back was incredibly sore due to doing a puzzle crouched over on the ground all day.
I got one of those backless chairs and it was just absolutely marvelous.
It's a bit tough on your knees if you use it too much, but it's great for your back:
