Help I want to loose weight in a normal way
I ve always been kind of big, and at some points in my life I ve tried to exercise and get rid of those extra pounds, but nothing worked until I tried the atkins diet . Even tough , I didnt exercise at all I lost 40 pounds with this diet . I want to loose more weight ,but I know the atkins diet is not the way to go . Besides it being unhealthy , it doesnt left me with energy to work out or do anything else for that matter. Can I loose weight in the right way ? could it be that I didnt worked hard enough in the past? I am going to the gym 7 days a week now . Any advice will be appreciated.

I, personally, "agree" with the Zone diet the most... look into it...
...and when you say "exercise"... can you be more detail? 7 days/week isn't necessary... just depends what you're doing...

Nutrition is KEY. If your nutrition plan is not in order, you're just spinning your wheels and going nowhere. Pick up a book called "Bodyfueling." Your local library should have a copy. I'm reading it right now and the author does a great job explaing how protein, carbs, and fats work.
Very few people truely know how nutrition works. I'm reading everything I can regarding nutrition.

Almost forgot, the author makes a very important distinction about weight. She says don't really focus on weight but focus on body composition.
For example, if you have 2 people who both weigh 200 lbs. 1 person has 10% bodyfat while the other has 30%. They weigh the same but their body composition is very different.

Go Giants
You need to limit your daily calorie intake and eat food that have nutritional value. Exercise, exercise, exercise....
