Heart Rate Analysis

I've started jogging and I am using the Garmin Forerunner 305 to help keep my stats. I've been doing some easy laps over the last 2 weekends to build up my stamina. This week I decided to start 3x/week runs. Sunday's run (at a school track) was approx 3 miles and my HR was in Zones 4-5 and I felt like I could continue for a lot longer.

Yesterday, I ran 3.68 miles (street) and my HR was at Zone 5 or above pretty much the entire time. But I wasn't labored or tired. I think my MHR is about 180, should I be worried going past it or is my MHR set too low for me?
