Two words:

Soy Crackers.

Learn to love them. Costco sells some decent ones in a 50 gallon drum for like $3. I also like 'Stacy's Pita Chips'...they're pretty low in fat & are super-crunchy...also at Costco's.

Yeah...popcorn is king of low carb/low-fat.

Just listen to Beetie on the salt.

Whisker-Dick...how about drinking some lite Bacardi & diet Coke? I've started doing that and it works for me.

I drink Jack and Diet Coke when at a bar or a casino. Something about beer and football seem to go along.

I actually lost a lbs after my "binge" last night, so I feel ok. Im down to 164 which is considered normal on the BMI, so F you BMI!!!!

I've had some veggie chips and they taste rather good. I have also heard about the Stacy's Pita chips, which are supposed to be good. Maybe some vegetables light beer.

Carrot or celery sticks with some fat free dressing/dip.
Have a beer or two but alternate with water
