cool. i used to order from bb.com a lot. mostly optimum nutrition whey. i've tried controlled labs green magnitude, labrada's lean body, and some other products because bb.com shipped free samples. i liked them so i bought the real thing.

now that there are a bunch of vitaminshoppe stores opening here, i'm buying local since i don't have to pay for gawd awful shipping... shipping makes everything expensive!

Welcome, Dark Knight. I've been a member at your site for a few years. It is a fantastic site and you guys do a good job there. Keep up the good work.

BTW, I notice that you only take the whey protein as your supplement. It's refreshing to see someone not oversaturate their supplement intake as I've heard of several take tons of supplements daily. I have whey protein as well. I was doing 8oz milk blended with a banana and one scoop. Should I scoop and # of ounces?
