I just got a physical for our next soccer, basketball and tennis season
results:

Height: 5'7'' 90% taller than most 13yr olds

Weight: 121 pounds (135 ave. for 13yr olds)

Body Fat (estimated) 8.1% dunno if good


before physical, gained muscle, lost weight

total: gained -3 pounds

pretty good for this summer
