...got cannon ball (sized deltoids)?
..okay, so awhile back, I posted a chest vid... now, the same guy has a video on shoulder workouts... IMO, the 2nd part is more informative... pay close attention to the part where he talks about "angles" and "elbows" ...sorry you have to deal with his accent, he's the coolest guy in the world (of bodybuilding)... but it's hard to understand him sometimes...

no doubt that he knows his stuff, a lot from just personally experience and the "try and truth" method, but he also studied with Charles Poliquin... he's like a "guru".

Another good one. Tried these out at the gym yesterday and worked great! Really felt the difference between my old exercises and these.
Are there any other vids besides the chest and deltoid?
Sick TypeS: Are you on dialup or highspeed? There should be an advertisement in the window when you start out, then the video will load. If you are on dialup it will probably take a while to load cinsidering it is about 6 minutes long.
