Good lower chest excercise?

I can't get that area of the lower chest where your arm meets your chest (sorta the outside area of the chest). Deline bench just isn't getting it...any ideas for me?

Dips if done correctly can utilize your chest more, instead and doing them with your body straight up and down, try leaning forward a bit when you squeeze at the top, you should feel that yyyeahhhhhh!

Also, I think Adam already said it but cable crosses from the bottom, that should provide a nice burn, try and touch your elbows together when extending at the top.

You could try dumbell pull backs where you put your lat muscles on a bench and do a sort of tricep workout motion, but instead keep your arms straight, and use your chest muscles to lift the weight.

never go past 55 lbs. for this.

It helps to hit your lower chest and upper abs, and provides a bit of lift for your pecs.
