Going on the weinersnitchel diet. Anyone with me?
I did this once before when they built a new weinersnitchel right across the street to me. Got down to a somewhat lean 205. I've got considerably more muscle at this point so at the same BF level I hopefully will be 215-220.
This is similar to the "warrior" diet. At the time I had never heard of that diet, I just did what worked. I would stuff myself around lunch time with about 10 chili dogs and sometimes a corn dog. Sometimes a milkshake too. After 6 weeks I had dropped 22lbs. The great thing is you eat until you're almost sick and then you're not hungry again until lunch the next day so it's really easy to stay on.
I have pictures somewhere on like week 5 of the diet I believe. If I can find them I'll post them although it seems a little gay lol.

Well i might join you somewhat. Sort of a modified atkins right? Ive been on a modified atkins since new years. Down 5lbs. Your right though just pretty much beans and meat. And a sliver( if you wana call it that) of so called shrunken wienersnitzel bun.

Nope, you can eat all the carbs, fat, and calories you want.....one meal a day. Digging out the old progress pics and more detailed info on what I did. I think it was in '07 or '08 so my memory is a little hazy.

Found the first progress pic taken with my old cell around '07 and some of my logs. I believe this was week 5 and about 20-22lbs lighter. I was only 205-ish there which is pretty small for me. I think I went down another 5lbs or so for the summer on the same diet. Very little working out, just some weights twice a week. This was after taking about a year off so I looked pretty sloppy 5 weeks prior to the picture. I know it's not the best shape ever or for me but it's not bad for eating 10+ chili dogs a day. I have better pics from a real camera somewhere showing the progress. I always take progress pics with no flexing and no pumps after a workout because they're exactly what they should be, progress, not perfect lighting with pumps to look your best.

Ooh so sexy! But seriously cant commit 100%. With a wife and 2 kids. I wont be able to skip dinner all the time. Breakfast yes. Dinner not so much. This is perfect for yall single folk and empty nesters.

The cool thing about this diet is I can get in shape yet everyone at work sees me pigging out on unhealthy stuff. I know of 3 people on steroids at work and they live to work out and eat right. I come in natural and eating terrible yet in better shape. It's so worth it to do this diet.

But that will slow your metabolism to a near stop; the minute you eat two or three meals (in one day), you're going to store all the extra food that you're not used to breaking down...
Unless you just have some manimal metabolism... but I'd get fat as shit.

This one won't slow the metabolism. I stayed lean for a year after quitting this diet. No quick gain back. In fact it took eating absolute crap 4 times a day to finally put some weight back on.

I try not to be the grammar police but it's spelled Wienerschnitzel (yeah, I'm fat)
So any details on the diet? Diet is 3x as hard as actually working out for me, and I'm already too lazy too workout as it is. Only reason I've started working out recently is because I took a PE class at my school. Before that, it was about ~3 months since I even touched a weight or went for a jog.

I love to eat and this "diet" was easy.

^ HRM AGAIN.... something about indulging yourself with boatloads of "Frank & Beans" for 6 weeks...... and never getting tired of it? Maybe even "Loving It".... Just don't seem right to me.
GEE WIZ MATT? you set yourself up for that one.

im more worried about my heart and clogging it with cholesterol with this Chili dog experiment than gaining weight.
I'll stick to my pasta and sweet potatoes.
keep us updated on your progress tho,
