getting the BUFF!
im finally gaining some weight... slowly but steady. ive gained 10lbs since April
im 6 feet tall at 165lbs.
i need some ADVICE. im happy with the results so far (even tho its taking me for ever)
my arms have grown, and my six pack is under way.
i drink protein (only).
but, here is the reason i think i dont gain weigh as fast. (metabolism)
After every meal i go to the restroom. (yesterday i took a crap 3 times)
WHAT CAN I DO, or take to gain faster results. (ROIDS out of the question, IM ALREADY LIFTING HEAVY)

How many grams of protein are you intaking a day? you should be at least (and I mean AT LEAST) 1 gram of protein for every pound of your body weight (so 165 grams), but I say aim for 1.5 grams, which would be 247.5 grams, which would come out to be over 40 grams per meal if you're eating 6 times a day.
