the problem is that it has iron in it, and men need a supplement without a large ammount / any iron in it because we do not have mensturation to get rid of it, so it will actually oxidize in our bodies..

I will not change my routine for anyone.

the 103 pound wrestler had to get a doctor sign off to cut down to 103 to wrestle cause his bodyfat didnt register on the machine

low body fat isnt hard to get for short periods running stairs in sweats and wretling live for an hour in sweats in a room with no windows and a seperate heating unit turned to 90 will tend to melt the fat off of you.

I see your point, but my point is that I'm healthy not so much by the amounts of gram
of protein I digest but by my healthy eating lifestyle. Don't applaud all at once now!

SO what is a good daily meal plan for loosing weight. I need to lose weight, gotta do it now. If I put it off I'll never do it.

What are some good daily breakdowns of something good for you, don't need to high protein things. and i love fruits and vegetables, so that will work for me.

What do you think about using a Juicer Machine?
