Eat a lot, still skinny

you can either do:
picture comparison (google search and there are threads on sites like bodybuilding.com, t-nation.com, etc). Inaccurate but gives you a general idea of what the ranges look like
Electrical impedence (what scales and handheld things use). Inaccurate but usually consistent)
Calipers - uses mathematical equations in conjunction with skinfold measurements on several key areas. Accurate.
Water immersion - most accurate but unreasonable.

the more accurate you get, the more pricey its going to be. im 6'1 ~180 lbs and through electrical impedance im about 9% body fat (or was a year ago)
I also pull down about ~7k calories a day and eat constantly.. theres really no meals. although i have an "odd" work out plan

I'm 5'8" 152 myself but I rep my weight in chest press (dumbbells).
If you start lifting with a decent program you'll lose that fat at the same rate you gain muscle and should even out around the same weight and look sick with your shirt off at the same time.

I'm trying to gain weight, like 20lbs or so, just because people say I look to thin, although I look pretty cut I just have tiny wrists and thin calfs.

Yes you would probably die if you tried to inhale 2500 calories in a couple of minutes.
20lbs can be achieved pretty quickly. I gained 22 lbs from june to december last year pretty easily. Just make sure your workout routine consists of compound barbell lifts and that you are eating over your maintenance calories. Some fat will be gained, its inevitable, but luckily fat is easier to lose than muscle is to gain.

Metabolisms differ greatly from person to person. Some people that have a naturally high metabolism need vastly more calories to gain than those with more average metabolism.
I competed several years ago at 230 with around 5% body fat. I've gained 40 pounds since then (intentionally) eating a mere 3500 calories per day. I've got an exceptionally slow metabolism.
You guys with high metabolisms are lucky. I'd kill to be able to eat 5000k calories/day and stay lean.

lol what???? Creatine (not Creitin) is a strength supplement that saturates your muscles and gives them an added ability to produce a bit more ATP (energy) during serious loads than they normally would. Has nothing to do with weight gain, although its use will usually result in about 5-6 lbs of water gain over the course of a month.

Whats up with RDX owners?

I have the same "issue". Im 6' and my max weight was 165. I've held a steady 150 for the past 4 years.
It's difficult for me to gain weight. Back in '04 everyone thought I had a tapeworm because I went from 145lbs down to 112 in a month. Thats when I went to a doctor and they found out I have Crohns.
I don't eat anywhere near healthy. My diet consists of mostly Taco Bell and mac-n-cheese, and alot of it.

If you're not I would get into some strength training with our frame you can look pretty tough in a fairly short amount of time.

To the OP, I think it depends on your age. I am 5'10'' and for the longest time I ranged from 135-145 (from high school until the age of 28). At 29 I started working out regularly and eating at least twice a day. I ran and also lifted weights. I've been able to add 15lbs and now consistently weigh sub 165lb. I did this without any weight gain or creatine supplements. I think it was a combination of working out and me getting older.

I'm right there with the others as well as OP. I'm 6'1 175. That probably doesnt sound that skinny but for some reason everybody always calls me that. Sometimes I wonder if it's out of jealousy or if I'm really that skinny because everthing I look at on the internet says for my age and height this is what I'm supposed to weigh. However I would like to gain at least 10lbs or so just for a more toned/cut look. I've just gotten back into working out, no weights I dont have time to go to the gym so I've started running and do other stuff in the last couple weeks after I quit smoking. Accoring to electrical impedance my body fat is 12%, bone density 8, and water weight 66.7. I drink 1-2 beers a night and eat like a horse.
