Easy way out
Anyone know any energy pills that won't make me go loco. I remember snapping at people while I was taking ephedra but damn it did a good job for what it was worth. I am tempted to go back on it now that I am actually eating right, I took it before when I was eating garbage. So anything close to ephedra without that feeling of being in between sleep and awake?

Ephedra is the best bet if you are eating enough. Other then that, they are all just basically caffiene....
I actually tried to score some ephedrine (ECA) when I was in Jersey, but failed....So I am just trying various caffiene pills...

Ephedrine HCl is approximately 82% ephedrine by weight.
Ephedrine sulfate is approximately 77% ephedrine by weight.
25 mg ephedrine HCl = 20.5 mg ephedrine
25 mg ephedrine sulfate = 19.25 mg ephedrine

Didn't feel like making a new post...
rate new workout plan 6 days a week
Wake Up: Bowl of raisin bran, skim milk, couple glasses of water, 2 ephedrine 50mg, creatine
Workout: 30 minutes of elliptical
30 pushups, 60 situps, 30 leg raises
3 to 4 exercises for chest/arms/back/shoulders (matters the day which one I do)
Lunch: Drink (half banana, tblspoon of natural peanut butter, 3 slices of frozen peaches, half cup skim milk, half scoop of protein, hand full of ice) Glass of water
Lunch/Din snack: Bowl of frozen broccoli, 1 ephedrine 25mg
Dinner: Chicken breast/brown rice/broccoli/water or a veggie/turkey wrap
Sometimes I will hit the gym again at night, get like 15 minutes in.
BTW damn does the ephedrine work, I sleep great at night now because it keeps me awake all day instead of having to take a nap

Don't over-ephedrine yourself...
When I stop taking it, I get really tired, so just be aware of that.
But otherwise, looks good to me.

Yeah they swiped my ID card into the computer at the place I go. I need to find a few more places that sell it so I can rotate so I dont look like a freak buying bronkaid up.

you could try green tea extract pills, or drinking green tea throughout the day?

The artificial stimulants will, over time, loose effectiveness as your body adjusts, requiring larger, and larger dosages. And - the side effects of persistent use on your heart, lungs.... are substantive. This stuff excites the adrena glands, which then impacts how you metabolize food, thus throwing off your blood sugars, sometimes with substantive effect over time.
I used dex and benzadrine, available otc in Mexico and smuggled into Texas by a classmate who had diplomatic immunity. The stuff was pure, effective and extremely powerful. It got me through some elements of architecture school, which, at the time, tried to rival med school for "gut it out" macho stupidity in the keepawake and work routine. I even set the record for being awake at 88 hours...... (and wtf did that prove?) But the side effects, even when I was young, were bizarre, and I gradually backed off the stuff.
Using that stuff now and again may not do irreperable harm, but using uppers over an extended period of time will have a health impact. And, as I move towards senility, green tea does it for me.....
