I have the Dymatize Elite Whey protein right now. The best tasting protein I've ever used. $20.99 for a 5lb tub. Get the samplers of each flavor and try them out. I have the 5lb tub of Butter Cream Toffee. I also liked the Berry Blast and Orange Dreamsicle.
Cafe Mocha, Chocolate Mint, Rich Chocolate:
Berry Blast, Butter Cream Toffee, Gourmet Vanilla, Green Apple, Orange Dreamsicle, Piña Colada, Smooth Banana:

higher in fat but good fat (MCT)...as far as cost goes that's going to vary if you shop online or you shop locally at a health food store...I used to get mine online, I ordered two buckets at a time at around $22.00 a piece. For me either way was cheap because I used to work at Better Nutrition, but prosource is the way to go.

muscle milk is a not a straight whey it's a blended protein...and my previous post listed the fat and carb content of the protein and the fats are MCT's, but none the less the fat content is relatively high.

I use ON also. Got it at Rite Aid cause of the price, tastes really good also (vanilla ice cream or something) mix in with milk and bananas in blender.
I'm pretending to be a vegetarian and have tried a lot of different protein powders, I'm going to stick with ON from now on.

rodxx, check out 1fast400.com
10 lb bag cost 47.99 if im not mistaken
i just placed my order right now.
For some reason, the 5lb tub has different nutritional specs than the 10lb bag... (not by alot , just the calorie content is a little diff)
(i only know this becuase i have both delivered and compare)

I go through the 5lb jugs like nothing. I easily use 3-5 scoops a day. I also use ON Casien protein, which is pretty good quality as well. I do a Casien/Whey blend 50/50 for a MRP shake. Or a pre bed shake ill do straight casien.
Is 1fast400, the same as bulknutrition.com? I'm guesssing its the same company. Thanks for telling me about them, ive heard of them in past and think instead of going to the store ill just order a huge amount online at once. Do you think the protein and all the supplements are fine being shipped (heat, etc)?
BTW, Have you ever tried Bulk CEE, basically there generic form of CEE? I hear its pretty damn good.

Anyone try ON's "Any Whey" protein? It doesn't have a taste, but is on the low side for protein (17g vs. my regular ON 23g). I'd like this because I can use it in anything, like they say. Put it in anything you eat, or I could make any flavor shake I want rather than the flavor whey I get.
