Dumbell chest day!
Last night I did chest, dumbells only, and had an amazing work out! Started off on incline:
65-15 warm up
75-10 semi-warm
90-8
95-8
100-6
then burned with 45 for 10 immediately after the 100's oooohhh yeahhhhh
Followed up by flat bench:
70-8
75-8
80-8
Then some flies superset with more presses
40-8 and 10 presses
40-8 and 10 presses
All in all, another sick work out. On a side note when I got up to get some water, some girls came over and tried to steal my incline bench. I was like nope sorry move along hoes. So they start working out on a flat bench right next to me, and all they did was talk and stand there. I wanted to drop my weights on there feet! Girls can be fun to look at in the gym but damn it they can be so freakin annoying!
Back today, then a day of rest

Wow your chest seems to hold up after the first few sets. I only do 3 incline then 3 flat but my flat since it's 2nd is weaker. It just as weak vice versa when I do flat first. I just get bored with the same motion and would like to focus on other chest exercises. Did you build your endurance by repeated sets?
