i have nothing but praise for this stuff...i bought another container just now and it reminded me to post.

its essentially gatorade with amino acids in it, and it really does work. while backpacking or training judo, whenever i started to get dehydrated and feel the burn, id start drinking it in place of water, and it literally picks you back up after a few minutes. they claim it reduces perceived exertion and increases muscle stamina, and after drinking it while lifting, i have to agree.

it does a better job of replenishing your body's nutrients and electrolytes than gatorade, and it makes a world of difference for the last few reps or steps

Interesting...I'll have to look into this product some more.

I usually have three bottles with me...water, gatorade, and Redline RTD by VPX

Redline after the treadmill before weights (half bottle)
sipping on water throughout
Redline midway thru workout
Gatorade after workout is cover while I cool off
