Couple bike upgrades...
so i FINALLY got new pedals & shoes, the Shimano SPD's and some Specialized Body Geometry cleets...so far they're a dream!!!
then i went and bought the alien light so i can ride at night...this thing is HUGE and looks like HID's for bikes

I would, I hyperextended my knee after I went over the handlebars about 2 weeks ago flying down a rain chute.
Knee is feeling better, im in the gym working it, doctor thinks it just needs some TLC for a while.
